KeyCustody helps organizations track physical keys, keypad and lockbox codes, safe combinations, PINs, and fobs — and prove who had access, when, and why. We store the records your organization enters to run that custody workflow.

Each customer organization's data is isolated from every other organization's by construction: records are scoped to the organization that owns them and are never shared across tenants. Data is encrypted in transit. Activity logging is always on, so sensitive actions are recorded and auditable.
